Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? Return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
What can be returned
Most items are returnable within 7 days of delivery. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — such as opened personal care and beauty products — are marked on the product page.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we replace it or refund you in full, including any return collection.
Cash on delivery orders
Orders paid in cash on delivery follow the same 7-day policy. Refunds on these orders are arranged directly with you when the return is approved.

- Open the chat bubble on any ALIE MARKET page or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and the return is arranged for you.
- When do I get my money back?
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and checked. Card refunds usually appear within a few business days.
