Every ALIE MARKET order ships free with tracking, anywhere in the world. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed, or after the order is verified for cash on delivery. From dispatch, standard delivery is 3–7 business days across the UAE and the wider GCC, and slightly longer for other destinations.
Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays in the destination country.
Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping applies to every order, in every country, with no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier you receive a tracking number by email. You can also ask ALI, the ALIE MARKET concierge, in the chat bubble on any page — share your order number and the email on the order.
Currency and duties
Prices are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Orders inside the GCC carry no additional import charges. For destinations outside the GCC any local duties are set by that country's customs authority.

- How long does delivery take in the UAE?
- Most ALIE MARKET orders reach addresses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is free on every ALIE MARKET order, with no minimum spend. There is no separate handling or packaging charge.
- Is my order tracked?
- Yes. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
- Does ALIE MARKET deliver outside the UAE?
- Yes. ALIE MARKET ships worldwide. Delivery outside the GCC usually takes a few days longer than the 3–7 business day standard.
- Can I pay cash when the parcel arrives?
- Yes, in the GCC. Cash on delivery is available for orders shipped to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar.
